Story: Sleeping Beauty
Sebastian, or Bast as he is affectionately called, is an unusually energetic and alert baby who wants to look at and play with everything, and thus by his christening his parents had added Rhys, which means enthusiasm, to his name. Flora is wary of putting regulation on magic, as she knows regulation has never stopped anyone who is determined to do evil, and she fears it will only anger and discourage those who want to do good.
