Ganga

From Sanskrit गङ्गा (ganga) referring to the Ganges River, itself meaning "swift-goer". In Hindu tradition this is the name of the personification of the river Ganges, often depicted as fair-skinned goddess riding a sea creature called the makara. As a given name, it is sometimes used by males as well.
