He? Oh, "He" is doing great! But "He" is also a girl name! Now I'm confused. He? Uhm, uh or um...

By the way, it's way TOO short!

He? But I'm a girl!

Very cute name! ;)

These are the worst ratings I've ever seen!

I don't really like this name.

I get that it's not pronounced as the English word (though spelled like it so not usuable in any English speaking countries)
Its dumb anyway cause it sounds more like a sound!

Awful. Not to diss Chinese names at all but there are better ones out there.
More feminine ones at that

People are so ignorant of foreign names. You should learn how to pronounce it before you criticize. Though I do think that 'He' should be avoided, especially in English-speaking areas, as it will probably be misunderstood and ridiculed.

HE/HEE can also mean hope.

This sounds stupid as a name and shouldn't be linked at the message boards. What's next, She?

I understand that not everyone will enjoy all the names in the world, but please be more courteous when stating your opinion. I for one found your above comment very insulting.

Chinese linguistics can't be compared to English. The name isn't pronounced as "hee", although it may look like the masculine pronoun.

It's more accurately said as 'huh', with a kind of dip in the voice.

Because there isn't any perfect phonetic transcription for Chinese sounds that can cater to say, all English, German and French speakers.

He is too weird of a name for anyone I think because no one could call anyone else He.
