Lewis sounds like a really bad name, like something a monkey would be named.
Very boring and ugly.
Lewis is just another one of those names that I truly love. It’s in my top-tier favorites.
What an amazing name! Definitely in my top favorite.
Very nice, very nerdy, yes.
Hmm...I like Louis better.
I dislike this variant. Luis is worse, so I prefer Louis. This isn't the worse name out there, though. That's for sure!
I also prefer this to Louis! Lewis is so much, better youthful, younger, spelled better and so on. Also like the spelling Luis.
I SO prefer this is to Louis.
Really love this name. Those comparing Louis should know they are very different names- Louis pronounced Lou-ie. This to me just sounds too twee for a boy. While Lewis sounds strong and unique to me, I love it.
Nothing special, not a bad name but not a good name. Just meh.
I don't like this name. It is way too popular where I live and I have met many nasty, obnoxious boys called Lewis.
Very handsome name :)
I prefer this over Louis.
Both spellings are nice but I slightly prefer Louis.
I think that the name Lewis is extremely sexy, strong and attractive in sound and overall a really smart and sophisticated name :)
I think that the name Lewis is very attractive and strong sounding. Makes a great family name too.
This name has grown on me so much, and I have to say that this is my most favorite name ever. I love it a lot! It sounds like a name for a very handsome man! :)
I think the name Lewis is very sweet, cute, charming and handsome! =)
I like both Lewis and Louis, I can't decide which one I like more!
I like it. It's popular in the UK and hope it catches on in North America.
Lewis in my opinion is the sexiest and handsomest name in the whole wide world ever.
I love this name. I prefer this spelling of Lewis to Louis. But I quite like both. I prefer Lewis as a middle name because I think that it makes many names in a name combo flow well.
Lewis is a very beautiful name and I think it also sounds royal. It is a name I would give my son. It is also the name of Laura Ingalls Wilder's great-grandfather and is also the middle name of several of her relatives.
One of my least favorite names ever. The "Loo" sound at the beginning is just so gross-sounding.
