I really appreciate all of the feedback I've gotten here!

We're trying to decide on a middle name for Elena.

So far we like Elena Claire, Elena Raquel, and Elena Celeste, but we haven't ruled out other options.

What do you think of these? Other suggestions?

I vote for Elena Raquel. I think Elena would sound really sweet with a spanish sm. Elena Maria, Elena Luz, Elena Marisol, Elena Carmen, Elena Arcelia, Elena Flora, Elena Rosa, Elena Teresa...

anyway, spanish names sound so pretty, whether you're interested in Spain/Latin America or not. irishy names seem to be super popular around here and i shudder at the thought of thousands of kaitlyns and gweniveres running around pre-schools, but everyone is entitled to their own tastes/opinions. what sort of names strike your fancy? italian? french? hebrew? scandanavian?

I like them all. I tend to lean more towards Elena Raquel but I also like Elena Claire very much.

Elena Rose gets my vote (the name). Elena Rose was the first thing that came into my mind when I tried to think of a middle name before I saw your posting. I am glad that you have such a pretty name!! I also like Elena Gabrielle.

Elena is a nice name. Good middle names are Cassidy, Guinevere, Gwendolyn, Marie, Mollie, Natalie, Kaitlin, Kathleen, Annette, Alexandra, Alessandra, Lily, Lillian, Sarai, Lorraine, Katherine, Corrine, Jaqueline, Colleen, Candace and Coral.

If you're spanish, i'd go for Elena Raquel..if you're not in any way, and Spain doesn't have a special meaning to you, don't use Raquel..(why use a totally spanish name if you're not spanish and/or it doesn't have a special meaning?!)
I like Elena Celeste best, flows good, but doesn't seem to stick together as much as Elena Claire (which is a good thing!), i'm not entirely sure how to explain it, but there's something about Elena Claire that i don't like..(yeah i'm strange i know)

I don't care for Elena (I don't like the sound of it), but I like your middle name Claire, but I don't think the combo flows, because of the l's of both names. I don't care any of those combos flow, because of the l's. Anyway, I suggest Elena Rose and Elena Jade.
