Oooh, interesting. I can't help the petroleum vibe I am getting. But I might be able to get over it. :) I really like the 'rova' part of it a lot. I would never have thought of it for a first name, but you know, I think it might work. I am a sucker for surnames as first names on boys, but have no problem with them (the right ones) on girls too.
Petrova Margaret Willow is quite pretty. I like balancing Petrova with a more typical classic like Margaret. And Willow feels great in there too.
