While the first names could have been much, much worse, I find the name Angel to be one of the most low-class names in existence, along the same lines as Crystal. That ruined it for me.

I wonder if Makai will grow up to feel special or "special."

For as loopy as the woman sounds for wanting so many kids, at least their decent names. I love:

Noah, Jonah, Jeremiah, Josiah and Isaiah, I can stand. Makai, Maliyah, Nariyah and Angel are pretty bad, though. But I guess they had so many kids that they just reached a point where they stopped caring about their names.

Because she used it three times! (Makai, Elijah Makai, and Caleb Kai). I only like Noah, Jonah, and Elijah. The rest are just not my style or horrible (Nariyah is just blech, I prefer Mariah or Moriah). And I dislike the same MN thing she has going, on twins it's not so horrible but on 8 babies it's an overload. She could have gone with virtue names or names with the same meaning.

Urgh, the individual names aren't so bad, but all the -ah endings are so cheesy... not to mention giving them all the same middle name.

Isaiah Angel (B) - Omg... give it a rest with the 'iah's!
Makai Angel (B) - yuck
Maliyah Angel (G) - eew
Nariyah Angel (G) - oh why do they all sound the same??

Joshua Jacob (nn J.J.) (B) - 5 - it's ok. Bit boring, and not my favourites
Aiden (B) - 4 - ok, bit sick of it now
Calyssa Arielle (G) - 2 - Arielle is nice
Caleb Kai (B) - 2 - This is my favourite. I like Caleb. I don't really like Kai though
