Anne- much prefer Anne to Susannah, underused classic!
Louisa- another underused classic, and create literary references, my favorite on your list
Eliza- not a huge fan of the sound, but I do think it's strong
Sally (or Sarah "Sally" - which do you like more?- that's a tough one, I'd stick with sally if that's what you'd call her, and I like it!
Virginia- not a huge fan of the sound, and I dislike Ginny
Alfred- love!
Arthur- another great one, possibly getting trendy though
Edwin- love, 2nd favorite after Alfred on your list, and they would make great brothers
William- popular of course, but wonderful name
James- again I think it's a flawless name
