I would assume that you were living in the UK, mainly because of Maisie. And I would also assume that one parent had more say in the girls name, and less with the boy, since they are quite different in style. I love Arthur William btw.

yes, we're in Scotland :) I guess my spelling of honourable probably helped you there as well. It might surprise you but one parent (me) has had about 99% say in all of these names.
