I'm swooning for Edwin Leander, Egbert Eliphalet (!!!), Floretta Eugene, Frances Clarinda, and Homer Franz. As for single names, I'm fond of Electa, Eliakim, Elihu, Elmore, Emory, Epaphras, Eusebius, Fidelia, Florinda, Freedom, Ford, Giles, Gustavus, Harriet, Hepzibah, Huldah, and Hiram.

Edwin Leander is wonderful.Something about Emory Frank makes me giggle; I think it's because they just seem so incompatible to me, like it's two worlds colliding. I dunno.Harriet Knower intrigues me... Knower is really interesting. I actually kinda like it. Hm...

Agreed on Edwin Leander. Emory Frank's oddball vibe is what made me include it; it flows well, I like both names, they feel well-suited temp-wise (I get warmth from each), yet they're not quite, to paraphrase you, compatible.I thought Knower was intriguing as well and this "virtue" doesn't seem to be so popular as the others, at least not among the few hundred pages of descendants I scanned through; this was the only bearer I saw. (Not that I didn't miss plenty of interesting names, I'm sure.)

I really can't get enough of Egbert Eliphalet, it sounds so funny. I really love Frances Clarinda and Finlay Marcellus.
This is very cool. :)

Glad you enjoyed them. I'd never consider using Egbert Eliphalet but it's lots of fun. I tend to enjoy Frances better in the middle slot, but Frances Clarinda makes me smile and I certainly swoon for Finlay Marcellus...rather dashing-sounding compared to most of the names I was reading through.
