If it wasn't a nickname, then I think Adelaide Sue Mona is just fine. I also think that your previous choice of Adalee Sue Mona worked as well.

You would like the Ada nickname (which I love) and you don't want to use Ada Sue (which is kinda cute) so, Adelaide Sue fits your criteria well and incorporates the absolutely darling Adelaide. I give it a yes.
