I don't think anyone has mentioned Gage yet. (Pet Sematary)
Where is Caroline from?
The Skeleton Key. I'm not sure whether it's a very famous movie, but I was really creeped out by the way this old lady said 'Caroliiiiine'
Eeeeeeeee I am so here for this
Your list is spot-on!
Amity
Regan
Christine
Rosemary
Wednesday
Rynn
Esther
Lenore
Clarice
Freddy
Michael?
Jack
Ash
Norman
Ichabod
Chucky...Chuky? Chuckie? How do you spell this, everything looks wrong
I'm totally going to add more...I've got a whole list like this somewhere.
Also....how amazing would a twinset of Annabelle and Hannibal be. Ok maybe "amazing" isn't quite the word for it. BUT STILL.

Chucky!! That's it.
Rynn is from "The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane", a movie I find very unsettling, starring a young Jodie Foster. Esther is from "Orphan".
Lestat may be made up, but it's plenty creepy enough.
Oh, I should also add Lydia. I find Lydia creepy (but in a fun way) because of Beetlejuice.

Samara, which is a shame, because I really love it.
I was really interested when I saw the movie Annabelle being released a couple years ago, I still haven't seen it but Annabelle had always seemed like a good horror-movie name to me and when I was in middle school I wrote a short story about a little girl who was possessed by demons and her name was Annabelle. I think it is horror-ish for the same reason pretty little porcelain-dolls are horror-ish - it's almost too innocent and pretty and beautiful, it must be hiding something.
