I like Isabel, Liliana, Emilia, and Carolina best by a long shot, BUT when using Liliana's nickname, I prefer Isabel, Lily, Emilia, and Sofia just as much.
So I'm undecided, but I would pretty much definitely say one of those two.
Ivy is nice, but I'm not feeling it with the complete sister set. Plus, you'd have two plant names -- Lily and Ivy. Alexandra is a name I've just never liked, but that aside, I think it is too grand and strong for the others, which are a bit flowery but still somehow understated when grouped together. I'm probably not making sense. Heh.
