I have really started to like this as a middle name. I always loved Mary Rose but now I prefer Mariarosa because you can spell it together as one name and it still looks nice. Would you spell it Mariarosa, Maria Rosa or Maria-Rosa as a middle name? I like Lily Mariarosa, is it too flowery?

Lily Mariarosa is not my style, but I'd love to meet someone named that. I do love flower and Marian names. I think I do prefer Lily Mariarosa to the other spelling options. If it was a first name, I'd go with Maria Rosa. Mary Rose as a first name is lovely too.
