Favourite Ann- names?

I love the name Anne, especially with the nickname Annie, but with my hypothetical children's surname Anne would sound ridiculous, so throw your favourite Ann- names at me.

I love love love love Annie, as well. If I must answer the question exactly, I don't mind Annika. But in truth, I would use Annie as a nickname for Hosanna, Susannah, or Ruth-Ann.

Could it work with a hyphen? Anne-Louise is nice, and much less cliched than Anne-Marie.

Otherwise I like Annabel and Annette and especially Antonia, which isn't an Anne name of course but sounds as if it could bem

I am also a fan of just Anne.

However, I always thought Anneliese was pretty and we considered actually using Annette. Though for Annette, I probably would have gone with Nettie instead of Annie. Still, Annie works and is sweet for it.

I think about this a lot! I also think Annie is great but I can never settle on which Ann- name I like the best.

I love the nickname Annie too; I like simple Anna as a way to get there but I also enjoy Annalee, Anneliese and Arianna.
