1. Probably one of the girls' names I like that my husband doesn't, such as Susanna / Susannah, Louisa, Martha, Jemima, Esther, Miriam or Eliza. We agree on boys' names so they would be the same as 2. Middle names would honour family members.

2. Samuel, Alexander, George or Arthur for a boy, Elizabeth / Elisabeth, Helena, Katherine or Eleanor for a girl. Middle names Henry and Sophia.
