Yes, right, that's what I was trying (struggling?) to say... And the main thing was, that they have some hard data to support this conclusion.
Of course it's the 'politically correct' conclusion, but that other conclusion cries out for hard support, while its proponents provide none (the resume/interview study does not make any analysis, it's just provocative).
