Hmm..let's see.
Del means "pretty" in Welsh or it could be the english "dell, valley".
-ina is simply a common ending for feminine names and usually means nothing except that the name has been changed from masculine to feminine.
Such as:
Edwin -> Edwina
Josef -> Josefina
Lachlan -> Lachina
Michael -> Michalina
Philip -> Philippina
Thomas -> Thomasina
I personally would say it means "pretty." that's the best conclusion.
Nazareth, if you don't know is a place name. Nazareth is in Israel.
