Rachel Victoria flows well with the normal pronunciation of Rachel. I find it slightly dull, as I know so many Rachels, but there's nothing wrong with it. I don't think anyone would pronounce it raSHELL. Maybe use Rochelle? That used to be on my faves list when I was younger.
