[Opinions] Melina
I really like the name Melina. It's so delicate and unusual. I have read that it means "canary" and "yellow," even though this website does not give that as the meaning.Melina Caroline
Melina Catherine
Melina Frances
Melina Margaret
Melina Rose (even though I am not a huge Rose fan)

I love Melina, but I know that you probably know that and also why I love it. Melina stems from the Greek word meli meaning honey. From your list, I like Melina Catherine and Melina Frances the best.

Well that is a lovely meaning :)

I do quite like Melina actually. It's unusual without being really out there. Melina Rose and Melina Catherine get my votes.

Melina is nice, but the only association I have is the wrestler by the same name. Out of the combos you listed I like Melina Catherine best. Melina Eleanor might have a nice ring to it too.

Melina's certainly mellifluous; nevertheless, I'm not especially fond of the name.

I like it. I probably prefer Melana (MEL-ə-na) but Melina looks better IMO.

I like Melina as well. Melina Caroline is beautiful. I also think that Melina Catherine sounds nice. Although Frances isn't my style, it also goes well with Melina. As for Rose, it's pretty, but overused as a middle name.
