I really like Johanna, much more so than Joanna. It feels timeless yet youthful. JOhanna Maeve
Johanna Maude
Johanna Grace or Johanna Graciela
Johanna Laurel
Johanna Marguerite
Johanna Joy or Johanna Joyce
Johanna Elyse
Johanna Claire
And I think it pairs nicely with Penelope, Katherine, Elisabeth & Ingrid. For some reason, I seem to want to pair it with an M name.

I like it but it's a tad too Biblical for me. And, someone I know is called Johannes, so I'm definitely not going to use it as a first name. Maybe as a middle, to honour my grandfather.
I love all of your middle names except for Annabelle, Ingrid and Maia.

With an h, it's very dated where I live but is sometimes still used by the family-conscious or the trendily retro. And it would be pronounced you-HUN-uh.I greatly prefer Joanna. As a mn, I think anything with an Ann- in it should be avoided. Pity about Annabel, but the sound isn't good.

The names I listed aren't names I'm thinking of using as a middle name for Johanna. They are names that are my favorites. I listed them to give a sense of my style so middle names could be suggested for Johanna.

As I say, Johanna is firmly retro here and the mns used with it would be the likes of Maria, Catherina, Helena, Jakoba etc. So I really can't make sense of that spelling with Anglo mns - sorry! Failure of imagination.

It's a nice enough name. There are other forms of it I like better, but it's good. Even though I'm generally not a fan of Penelope (makes me think of "The Perils of..."), but of the mns you've suggested, that one flows the best.
Faith
Hailey
Laurelle
Vivian (or a variant of that)
Verity
Mavelle
Mabel
Karyn / Karen
Kathleen (not as boring and overused as Katherine might seem to some people and seems to flow better w/ Johanna)
Dove
I like the combo Johanneke Mizuki.

I have always loved the name Johanna, although it's very common here. To me it sounds like an old, strong and warm-hearted grandmother, a real working-class heroine.
I think Ingrid Johanna sounds good; it's probably a very common combo here.

Johanna I don't mind, but I personally prefer Joanna. I actually think Johanna Poppy would be adorable, as would Johanna Katherine.
