I really like it. I like both names, especially Cassidy.

I know a couple of Kelseys and a Cassidy. They are surnames which immediately are a turn off to me. Also, Cassidy makes me think of Butch Cassidy & Hop-A-Long Cassidy, so there is that cowboy connotation; David & Shawn Cassidy, so there is a tacky 70s connotation; and Mama Cass, a great singer but I can only think of a large woman when I think of Cass. So it's definetly not a name I'd choose.

Not too twinsey, but terribly tryndee and cutesy.

They sound way to similar for siblings, let alone for twins. Way too cutesy/twinsey and rhymey.

Too much. Kelsey is just ok. Cassidy seems really popular to me. I don't like it much. Plus, it makes me think "Hopalong Cassidy". But that's me. :o)
