I like Marina. It's uncommon, pretty and has style. I don't love it, but I like seeing it used.
I think Marina to honour Maria is a little bit of a stretch (not a big one, but still convoluted). Mariana would work better in my opinion.
Marina Victoria is quite striking!
My favourite is Lucia (loo-see-ah). Others in order: Helena, Marina, Victoria, Laura, Carolina.
