I don’t think it’s boring.
Predictable? Yes.
My opinion it itself is pretty much neutral. As I said before it’s quite obviously predictable but that’s not a BAD thing. Bella is a cool name. It’s like Belle for Isabelle, or Liz for Elizabeth. You can’t give points for creativity, but you can give a point for it being nice and substantial.
I actually like the name Izzy, but for some reason I can only see it as a nickname for names like Isabelle, Isis, or Isidora. It can work with Isabella though. I just don’t like it.
Not all nicknames really need to be that creative. People call me “Ice” sometimes and even though that’s a fairly predictable nickname for Isis I think it’s cool. (Haha get it?) I also been called Izzy, Sisi, (Isis backwards) Isa, Is-is, and even Ice Cream. (My FN/MN initials)
