[Opinions] Madison-Rose
What do you think of Madison Rose? Be honest. When I was younger, (Around 5-10 years old) I thought my name was too unusual and kinda weird, and I wanted something a little more common and in my eyes “cool”. So I guess I came up with Madison Rose. Looking back at it now: Politely, I think I’ll pass._______________________________________________________

I like both names. Madison is a great unisex name, and Rose is graceful...but I am so sick of Rose. Especially as a middle name. So, putting it at the end of a double name doesn't suit my preference.
Its a pretty combo though. And I'm sorry that you don't like your name very much. I think we've all been there.

I dislike Madison - lnfn, ends in -son while trying to be feminine, starts with Mad ... and Rose is a tedious cliche. I think you had a lucky escape!

As a double barrel? What's funny is the name is common enough as FN MN I'm sure if you had asked enough Madison's what their middle name was you'd have come across a Madison Rose pretty easily, probably after less then 5 tries. They probably wouldn't have liked their name either.

I don’t like it as a compound name with the hyphen, but as a first/middle name combo I like it. Madison is one of those guilty pleasure / doesn’t fit with my normal style names that I actually like. However, I usually talk myself out of adding it to a name list because I don’t prefer last names as first name, and I don’t like the idea of a girl having a name that means “son of —-“

It's ok

I honestly love Madison, but this combo is pretty generic. I guess it’s better to be boring than bad.
