I think Anne is classy and lovely. Ana / Anna too - but I’m not a fan of Ann. Put that E at the end! It’s a bit boring as a middle name but I still like it. Mary Anne is cool.

I like it, with the e. The name looks classy, and makes me think of old gold for some reason. I also like Anna. Ann seems unfinished but just passable as a middle name only.

As a middle name, Ann or Anne, to me, is little more than a placeholder.I do like it as a first name at long as the letter "e" is included. (Ann looks incomplete to me.) It's a bit dated, perhaps, and I have a hard time envisioning it on a child today. But I do like it.I do prefer Anna and Hannah, but Anne is fine on its own.

Kind of dull, but nice. I prefer Anna because its prettier, and Annie because its cuter.

Anne - a beautiful, timeless name which reminds me of Anne of Green Gables.

My mn, so it's the spelling I prefer. Ann looks unfinished. My grandmother, who died before I was born, was Sarah Anne, and I'm glad I got Anne and not Sarah, which I've never enjoyed. Plus, her initials were SAD, which I'm glad to have escaped. Anne seems timeless to me, more so than Anna, Annette and Anita, which are dated. Anne is my daughter's second mn.

Beautiful, timeless, short, sophisticated, and regal. It could get along with any kind of names. Sounds professional as a first name and sounds complete as a middle name. The only problem is that it's similar to the word "and".
