Isa by itself feels incomplete. I've always used it as a nickname for Isabel and its different spellings. I like it, it's pretty.

I think there's a woman on CNN known as Isa. And my friend Isobel's family used to call her Iso (IZ-oh) when they were young, but I think they've given up.I don't particularly like it, but it's a whole lot better than Belle and Bella.

It’s a pretty alternative to Isabella, my great Aunt was called Isa. I also like Ida.

I think it's a gender-neutral name. It could be a short form of Isaiah and Isabella, or any names that contain the -isa- sound. I pronounce it as EE-sah.

I went to school with a girl who went by Isa as her nickname, her given name being Carissa. She.... got around a lot so I tend to associate the name with free wheeling women lol *not that that is necessarily a "bad thing" per say but it is what I associate with itI will say thought I kind of like it in theory as a short form of Isabelle, but I Definitely prefer Belle. Isa is fine. I don't love it nor hate it.
