Several posters have mentioned Aidan and Nadia -- I think that it would actually make a lovely pairing for twins without looking too naff or twee.
What about:
Anya and Ayna
Etta and Atte
Anay and Yana
Alta and Atla
Alina and Anila
If we're talking about real names:
Robert > Trebor
Anne > Enna
James > Semaj
Emit > Time
Den > Ned
Ivar > Ravi
Ella > Alle
Nola > Alon
Allen > Nella

Have seen proof of children named (backwards word in brackets):
Acirema (America)
Adaven (Nevada)
Alucard (Dracula) - this one is not uncommon
Amabala (Alabama) - also may be unrelated to reversed name as it is apparently Zulu meaning "spots" as well
Anozira (Arizona)
Sasnakra (Arkansas)I know there have definitely been more so will update when I remember!
Alucard is another one I know mainly from a video game and a manga and real life usage of it also probably stems from one of those.
Alan and Nala
Ellen and Nelle (Harper Lee's, the author, first name was Nelle in honor of her grandmother Ellen
Avon and Nova
Leon and Noel
Aidan and Nadia
Senga (Agnes) is used as a name.

Semaj (James in reverse) is a real name.
I had no idea - I watch James Turner, a sims player on youtube, and his self sim is Semaj Renrut, which always tickled my funny bone... but tbh I always kind of liked Semaj as a name. Or maybe I got used to it from hearing him say it all the time lol He picks weird names for his Sims and exposure has made them feel less weird. He has a Sim named Column for example. Column. A woman. And after a few years it almost feels normal!
