I really like the name Cecily...there's just something about it that really appeals to me. I don't know that I'd ever use it, except perhaps as a MN, but it is very pretty :) Of your combos, I prefer Cecily Emma. I personally like Cecily Rose & Cecily Maria.

I LOVE Cecily. I go back and forth on which one I like more: Cecily, Celia or Cecilia. I also like Celeste. :)

How about Cecily Autumn

I like Cecily. I prefer Cecilia but Cecily is nice too. I prefer Cecily Auburn to Cecily Emma although I don't care much for Auburn.

I like it because it reminds me of "The Importance of Being Earnest" with Colin Firth. I love the name Cecelia, so I think its nicer than Cecily. I don't really like the combos though, maybe Cecily Marie or Cecily Anne, or similar...

I adore Cecily! And I like both your mns. My favourite combos with the name are Cecily Elle, Cecily Eden and Cecily Ember. There's something about the initials C.E., I guess. :P

I don't really like the name Cecily as I tend to think it is quite old-fashioned and a bit wimpy. But I do think the combo Cecily Auburn is very pretty!

I like Cecily alot. Perhaps a single syllable mn or one where the accent falls on the final syllable would sound nice. Cecily Rose is beautiful! And I don't even like Rose!
