I love Moira, pronounced Moy-ra or Maura. Not a big fan of Helen. How about:

Moira Caroline
Moira Anne

Moira is gorgeous. Moira Helen doesn't flow terribly well, imo. I'd go with something else Irish-sounding or with something kind of classic/popular to balance out Moira, which isn't used terribly often. Moira Kathleen or Moira Elizabeth are what first popped into my head, but Moira Beatrice would also be quite pretty. :)

Moira is really pretty! Moira Helen isn't bad.

I like the name Moira, but pronounce Mo-I-ruh. That is how I first heard it pronounced and so I like it best that way. Moira Helen is okay, but I would rather see Moira Helene.

I dislike it. To me, it sounds like a wrong pronounciation of Myra. I do like Helen with it as a mn though.

I dislike Moira. It makes me think of a snobby, spoiled girl. Though I knew a Moira, and she was the nicest lady ever. But I still don't like it...

I hate that MOY sound in Moira. Can't stand the name. Myra Helen or Maya Helen I could stand though. I would probably do Maya Helena. :D
