KATE-linn: Kaitlyn is my name so... biased.

AL-i-sen: Allison
JAY-den: Jayden
KAY-den: Kayden
HAY-den: Hayden
AY-den: Aiden
KATH-rinn: Kathryn
bree-ANN-a: Brianna (bree-AHN-ah would be Briana though)
ZO-ee: Zoey
Mak-AY-la: Michaela
MAD-eh-linn: MadeleineWhich other spellings of these names do you find tolerable?HAY-lee: Hailey
KAY-lee: Kailey or Kaylee (Firefly)
CAR-lee: Carley

JAY-den: Jaiden
KAY-den: Caiden
HAY-den: Only Hayden
AY-den: Aidan
KATH-rinn: Katharine
bree-ANN-a: Breanna
ZO-ee: Zoe (although the 'y' is sooo much better!! lol)
Mak-AY-la: Michaela only
MAD-eh-linn: Stubbornly Madeleine only because it's gorgeousIf you met anyone with these names, how would you assume they were spelled?Basically I'd hope they'd be spelled how I like. I'd probably instinctively spell it how I like or just flat out ask how they spell it.
Are there any spellings of these names you really hate? Or any endings, letter combinations you really hate and why?HAY-lee: Hayley (too many 'y's and it looks heavy)
KAY-lee: Kayley (see Hayley)
CAR-lee: Carlie (this name is hideous so it doesn't matter how it's spelled)
KATE-linn: Kaitlynne (or any elaboration of the "lin" ending. Just too much, trying to hard)
KAY-linn: See KATE-linn
AL-i-sen: None, really.
JAY-den: Hate this name so any.
KAY-den: JAY-den ditto
HAY-den: Any other than Hayden because it is lame.
AY-den: Anything other than Aiden or Aidan because it's trying too hard to be different.
KATH-rinn: Anything different than the standard. Stop butchering classic names, please. (not you specifically--just the general populous)
bree-ANN-a: All ugly.
ZO-ee: Zoe is one I don't hate but drastically like Zoey more.
Mak-AY-la: Anything other than Michaela looks horrific.
MAD-eh-linn: Anything other than Madeleine looks sad. I'm picky with some of these names apparently...How many people with these names have you known? Approximate age? Siblings?HAY-lee--A few. Mostly in high school so they'd be in their 20s now. I don't know about their siblings. I've never been friends with someone named Hailey/variants. Although one Hailey (and I think it is this spelling) had a sister Rachel.
KAY-lee: Uhm... 1 or 2. And not super-personally. They were a few years younger than me.
CAR-lee: 6. And each of them just as horrible as the last. Hideous name for hideous girls.
KATE-linn: A LOT. And I'm one of them! My siblings are Candice, Eric, Jillian, William. Most other KATE-linns I've met were usually only children though.
KAY-linn: 1. She was snooty.
AL-i-sen: A fair few. About my age, a little older.
JAY-den: 0 thank goodness
KAY-den: 0 whoo-hoo
HAY-den: 1 or 2 in passing. Early 20s
AY-den: 0 :)
KATH-rinn: About 200. Every Katie I meet is either Kaitlyn or Katharine.
bree-ANN-a: 1. And she was scary. Late teens/early 20s
ZO-ee: 0 thank goodness. Please no one ruin this name for me.
Mak-AY-la: about 2 and they were about 5 years older than me
MAD-eh-linn: If I include all the spellings probably about 10. Older and younger than me. Do you like any of them? Would you use them?
I like Kathryn, love Zoey, adore Madeleine. Aiden, too.
