Rhea
WDYT of Rhea? I've just added it to my favourite names. Does it go well with Mira, Leia, Alia, Nora, Nila and the rest? Is it too "out there" to be used as a fn, or OK? Also, does the combo Rhea Frances sound all right? Other ideas?Any comments are appreciated!

I don't really like the Rhea spelling. It reminds me of amenorrhea, diarrhea, etc. I do like the spelling Ria. It fits with the other names, but in my opinion they are all nicer than Rhea. Alia is also too similiar to Rhea, in my opinion, for siblings.

Rhea or ReahRhea is the only spelling I like - to me, this is a mythological name, while Ria is a short form of a couple of names, and Reah is a hybrid of Leah and Rhea.
All of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again.

Also, in german Reah meens rehab, which isn't very nice as a name ;-)

It seems that you really like 4 letter names, haha. I do too though, short and sweet : )I used to love Rhea until someone pointed out to me that it sounds like Diarrhea, now everytime I say it that's what I automatically think of.It's still a beautiful name though, and has a good history behind it.Rhea Frances sounds very nice! I don't think it's too out there as a first name at all. After all, there is Leah, Mia, Gia, etc.It does go well with your other favorites, and I love Mira & Nila : )

My best friends nn is Rhea!
I think it is a very nice name and would suit a small child aswell.
Rhea Frances is very nice, I can't think of anything bad to say about it :-)
What about Rhea Paula, Rhea Luise, Rhea Kathrin?

Paula and Kathrin are not my cup of tea, but Rhea Luise (or, perhaps, Louise) is nice!
All of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again.

My problem with Rhea is that kids would tease her with the name Dia-Rhea. Maybe I overthink these things, though. :b ~Heather~

I think Rhea Frances is wonderful. It's an uncommon name around here but I don't think it's too 'out there' at all.

Sounds fine to me. I've heard it used as a name enough to not think of it as being out there but not enough to call it common. It's pretty, imo.Rhea Frances sounds fine but I think Rhea Francesca sounds even better :)
