Sidney "Sid" gets my vote. It's basically perfect. Sidney Charles. I also like Charles "Charlie" a lot. That goes well, too.

...none of the rest go well with Frederick IMO. Frederick is so Germanic and classic and masculine. Names like Arlo, Tobias, and Hamish just seem so fashiony and indoorsy to me.
