Sibsets aren't my specialty, but I'll try!
1. Allison, Samantha, Michael, Sean
2. Andrew, Darcy, Devin, Arlo, Amelia, Esther, Rosie
3. Father - Kevin Delaney
Mother - Patricia Delaney
Sister - Alyssa Delaney
4. Giving him an ethnicity could help a ton. If you decide, say, he has grandparents are from Bulgaria, just googling for surnames used by actual Bulgarian people would be a step in the right direction, especially for uncommon and not generic names. Sometimes I even just hit "Random" on Wikipedia and find interesting people and place names! For suggestions, I'd say Cole Bradbury?
5. My first thought is Justinian, though I don't know if I'd say the name's hideous haha. Maybe Dunstan?
