Need opinions on these names
They are all old Swedish names, some of them are popular at the moment, while the rest of them might get popular in about 10 years. I'm thinking about adding these to my PNL and would like some international opinions. :)BOYS:

Sixten - love! It's my cat's name! (But it's spelled Zixten)
Bertil - my cousin named his son Bertil, but I don't like it. To me it's still an old man.
Nils - don't like.
Ebbe - eww.
Arthur - don't like.
Harry - nope.
Vilhelm - it's OK.
Harald - not a fan.
Elis - prefer Elias.
Anders - boring.
Valter - don't like.
Tage - yes! I love Tage Danielson.
Ture - cute.Elsa - I've never liked this.
Astrid - it's OK.

Sigrid - prefer Siri.

Imagining that in 20 years I'll hear of a young Swedish superstar or politician with the names:BOYS:
Sixten - definitely
Bertil - eh. don't like. Seems sort of cutesy or "old"? for no reason
Nils - I've always liked this name
Ebbe (E-bə) - Not easy for me (US)
Arthur - bah.
Harry - bah!
Vilhelm - whatever
Harald (HAH-rahld) - good
Anders - yawn.
Valter (VAHL-ter) - whatever.
Tage - interesting
Ture (TU-reh) - interesting.Elsa - whatever. yawn
Astrid (AH-strid) - almost stereotypically Scandinavian
Selma - famous place in Alabama recalling civil rights movement. Last year there was a film about it named Selma.
Margot (more like MAR-gott) - alright. I like
Esther - bah.
Edith (E-dit) - nice
Sigrid - nice
Signe (SEENG-ne) - definitely
Ottilia - fancy. nms but nice

I love Ebbe. I also like Elis, Anders, Tage and Ture for boys. I'm not sure if I prefer it spelled Ture or Thure. But I like both.For a girl, I like Selma, Margot, Esther and Signe.

I like Harald and Elis from the boys. Elsa - too Frozen in the US!
Astrid - LOVE
Selma - I associate it with the film and civil rights movement.
Margot - I prefer it pronounced MAR-go (and spelled Margaux)
Esther - like
Edith - like
Sigrid - LOVE
Signe - prefer spelled Signy
Ottilia - pretty, but I like Ottilie better.

Yeah..I probably wouldn't use Elsa in the US these days. It was popular here before the Frozen movie though.
Signy would be pronounced differently here, and Signe is also my grandmother's middle name, so I wouldn't change the spelling. :)

I like: Elsa, Astrid, Edith. Anders isn't bad but I can't say that I particularly like it.
