I'd like to give these a go also...
Kevin Lynn = Kelyn, Levin (Levan was my favorite name for a boy for a short minute in high school)
Donna Jean = Jonna (I love Johna but was considering this spelling just yesterday)
Clinton Kevin = Kenton, Evinton
Eric Clayton = Clerit, Erclay (tough. Cleric and Clariton keep coming to mind. You could pronounce the "-lay" at the end of Erclay like Finlay, so it sounds like Berkley without the B)
