Alendra is interesting and pretty. Is it related to Alexandra?

AlendraFrom what I understand, it's like a contracted form of Alexandra. I first heard it on someone in college, and haven't heard it in real life since. The strange part was when I looked up past usage statistics to add it to this site, and found a bunch of late 19th century European men (mainly Italian or Spanish) named Alendra. No idea what it could have derived from in that case!

Edmond (prefer Edmund)

Isaac and Asher, but they seem a little bit odd together for some reason
Elias
Nicholas
AlistairClara Penelope is pretty, as is Josephine Odette (I'm not a huge fan of Odette but it's nice here) and Miranda Lillian.I also like Iris, Viola, Juliet, Genevieve and Vivian.
