I vastly prefer Leo to Leon, but if it's to honor a Leonie, I think Leon honors better than Leo. And since it would be an honoring middle name, liking it wouldn't matter much to me. So I'd go with Leon.

Definitely Leo. Where I live, Leon has a very down-market vibe.Your fn choices wouldn't be mine, but I find Jarvis Leo very pleasant.

Hi !!!Leone!!! leh-OH-neh "lion" in Italian.
It is more complete than Leon and less common than Leo.
I love it! It is one of my favourite masculine names.By the way...
Heath Leo and Jasper LeoLeo is better than Leon. But Leone is the best anyway.

Either is fine, same family. I'd go with the one that had the best flow with the first name.My picks would be:Heath Leon
Chase Leo
Orion Leo - this is awkward but Orion Leon is worse
Zephyr Leon
Xander Leo
Ezra Leon
Jarvis Leo or Jarvis Leon - either works
Flynn Leo - too many L's in this for my taste
Jasper Leo or Jasper Leon - either works
