Hilary or Felicity - both are nice; Felicity is nicer
Massimo or Massimiliano - er ... just Max, actually
Ekaterina or Kathryn - Kathryn, but preferably Katharine and realistically Katrina for its comparative rarity
Margaux or Margot - Margot is less pretentious
Marguerite or Margaret - Margaret, and I might use it
