I don't know much about Italian naming culture, so my answers might be very uneducated, but:Isabella - too trendy in the UK
Martina - nice, classic, NMS
Elisabetta - very pretty! quite frilly, but I get the impression that's quite common with Italian girls' names?
Stella - "STELLA, STELLA, STELLA FOR STAR!" love it!
Bettina - "Bet" names seem kinda dated but there's nothing wrong with it
Simone (m) - eh, it's quite nice
Tommaso - love it!
Claudio (KLOW-dyo) - I like it cause it's Shakespearean, lol
Guido (GWEE-do) - NMS but a neat name
Francesco - I don't really have any sort of connection to it
Giorgio - don't like this or any George names, they're too heavy for me
Valentina - quite nice I guess, but a bit elaborate
Angelo - again, Shakespearean, but a pretty terrible association! better than Angela for a woman
Rosa - very pretty, simple and sweet
Dario - lovely!
Italia - feels too on the nose
Bruno - I just associate this with the Strictly judge, lol. Don't really like the sound.
Marino - nice enough
Federico - eh, I don't really think anything of it
Mattia - nice!
Valentino - same as Valentina
Angela - feels dated and heavy in the UK
Chiara - feels trendy
Christian (KREE-stee-an Italian pr) - love it no matter the pronunciation - in English I'd use Kit as a NN. One of my top names

LorenzaIsabella and Jessica have started to grown on me on some level, but I still can't say like them. Stella has some nostalgic significance to me as it was the name of my grandparents' English cocker spaniel, but otherwise I've got bored with it.
