I appreciate the classic, no-frills simplicity, but I also find it a bit dull.
My favorite Anna combo is Anna Sophia. As for Elizabeth, I prefer it up front. It’s a fine middle name but so overdone. I suppose it could be livened up with an interesting and unusual first name. Mattea Elizabeth, Laelia Elizabeth, Raina Elizabeth, Savina Elizabeth, Kyveli Elizabeth...
