My character lives in the US!

I would go with Branwen which means beautiful raven but as Anneza said it depends on where in the world your character lives.

Go to Names (next to the Search function at the top of the screen) and click. Go to Popularity. Choose the country your character lives in. Subtract 12 from 2022 (clue: it's 2010) and read the list of popular girl names for that year. Choose a name. And remember that when they name a real baby, real parents don't know what their child's personality will be, so any name can suit any person, or not. It's random.

I agree with your opinion, but i want a fun fictional name that is fitting for fiction!

Then you'll do better to find it yourself. Our opinions are unlikely to be anything like yours.

While the last sentence is of course true, it also does make sense for a writer to select a name they feel is fitting with their character's personality, that gives the impression they want rather than simply looking at whatever the top 10 of the year is. This said, when asking for ideas personality alone is not enough - the choice will be affected by where and when the character lives, what their cultural background is, and what their parents are like (assuming of course they are giving the parents any characterization at all)
