Elinor or Eleanor - Elinor has always appealed to me because the spelling makes me think of Elinor Dashwood. It feels like a gentle rebel sort of name. Elinor is a little strange, but it feels lighter and more alert than Eleanor.
Elise or Alise - Elise
Catherine or Katherine - Catherine is the more vintage choice, so I like that one more.
Rebecca or Rebekah - Rebecca. I find Rebekah alien-looking and unfriendly.
Isobel or Isabelle - Isobel; it's so Gothic, poetic and sad.

Elinor or Eleanor - I like them both, but Eleanor is more familiar
Elise or Alise - either Elise or Alice; IRL I'd use Alice
Catherine or Katherine - either Catherine or Katharine; I prefer Katharine
Rebecca or Rebekah - Rebecca. Rebekah jolts like a ship in a storm
Isobel or Isabelle - Isobel all the way, unless one actually is French
