Sacrifice
Hello,
I have recently felt an urging spiritually to name my baby that I miscarried at three months in pregnancy. I believe it was a boy and he would have been a twin. My other son was carried full term and was healthy. I am looking for a boys name that either means life giver or sacrifice since the Dr.s told me that had the miscarried baby survived, one or both may have been born ill or defective. I believe it was Gods will and that by giving its life, my other son was healthy and strong. Any name suggestions and their meanings would be appreciated.
Thank you.

THOMAS NATHAN (taken together) = "twin who gave"In reverse order, "giving twin."Instead of Thomas, you may want to use a first name that is more similar to your living son's (a twin name) and add Nathan as a middle name to that. That would be more personal than Thomas (unless the living twin is named Timothy, Dominic, etc.). (I don't know your living twin's first name, or I would offer more specific suggestions.)Examples:

On the main page you can search for meanings. So searching 'sacrifice' I get this http://www.behindthename.com/names/meaning/sacrifice
Nothing for life giver but here's the list for 'life' or 'giver' http://www.behindthename.com/names/meaning/life,giver
