After many years of peace the anti-french sentiment has risen again much to marie-elisabeth's despair. Despite the many years she has spent living in Bial she still considers herself a french woman and after Orlais assasinated her dear
King Louis.. the man who raised her she feels it only right the French punish them for their wrongdoing! However Marie-Elisabeth worries what will happen for her childrens prospects she had wished she might be able to secure a marriage for
Louisa in either Bial or
France but due to the anti-french movement this may prove impossible if
King Walter decides to help the french which she of course wishes no Bialian will wish to marry her half-french daughter and if Bial don't help france no frenchman will want her as she is a citizen of Bial.
It has been a tough few years, harvests on the
Howard estate have been low as they have throughout the country and good food is becoming difficult to find as well as particularly expensive!
On a brighter note Lord and Lady
Howard welcomed their seventh child and fifth daughter the Lady
Georgiana.
Lady
Louisa is a very beautiful young lady, seeming to excel in everything she does, in the past year
Louisa,
Caroline and
William have spent a lot of time in the
Royal Court as companions to the many royal children including those of
Prince Joseph. It had been planned that
Caroline would go to
France next year though with things being as they are it is more likely she will remain safely in Bial.
Lady
Louisa has developed something of a crush on
Prince Arthur and has stated on several times she will marry him, I've asked her if the
Prince in question shares her view of the future to which she responded he hadn't but she was certain he'd be of the same opinion!
