I prefer Karen as a name. It sounds warm and dependable at the same time. Susan is also a steady, unpretentious name, but it isn't as warm.
Unfortunately, since calling someone a Karen is meant to silence middle age women who dare to complain, I would probably use Susan in the present climate. I do like Karen better though.
Pretending that the Karen memes don't exist, I'll go with Karen Matilda or Karen Louise or Karen Lucy.
