Christian and it would seem inappropriate. But,
Christiana is a family name twice over, so if I had to use a
Chris- name, that would be the one; mn only.
And not
Juliana either. I knew one who went by
Julie, which is shorter and neater and tidier -
Juliana is right over the top! - but the only
Juli- name I enjoy is
Juliet, and then only as a mn.
Which leaves
Sophia. I pronounce it soFEYEa, not soFEEa. And my friend's daughter, who is a red-head, goes by Phia, which is great because it sounds like Fire! I'd use it too - we live in different towns.
Sophia Juliet or
Sophia Christiana would both work.
