I think Shelby suits a black Lab very well.
Ruby would be cute. I struggle to picture the rest of them on a not-prissy type of dog like a Lab. Maybe Barbie, Chloe, and Daphne work.
Ibby, for Imogen or Isabel.
Elbee ... could be an initial name for a "secret" name, such as Lilly Bodacia or Laura Beatrice.
