Well I wouldn't find these names anything far from provocative but I picture handsome/ gorgeous people with these names:
Ryan (There were a lot of guys named Ryan I had crushes on)
Sebastian
Stefan
Dominic
Paul
Heather
As for stripper names, I do agree, any name can be associated by strippers as tame as Mary or as exotic as Jade. I don't even know why gem names, virtue names, etc are used by strippers. However, people do use names like Giselle or Cherry because they are close to naughty female slang, unfortunately.
