I think Lilia and Amelia are a little too matchy and similar for sisters. Maybe Amelia could be the mn instead?

I love Amelia, and it sounds okay with Alexander, but I think Amelia and Lilia sound too close, almost rhyming, with a lot of similar sounds. How about Amelie? Otherwise, middle name suggestions:Amelia Charlotte
Amelia Cecily
Amelia Genevieve
Amelia Catherine
Amelia Rose
Amelia Grace
Amelia Ruby
Amelia Florence
Amelia Jane
Amelia Violet
Amelia Hope
Amelia Madeleine/Madeline

I know a sibset of Alexander and Amelia! I think those two flow well together. Lilia is beautiful as well, and is great with Alexander. It is a little similar to Amelia for me, but the stresses are a little different so it isn't that bad. Would you use a nickname for Amelia?Amelia Mae
Amelia Rose
Amelia Cait
Amelia Opal - someone else suggested it but, especially with the October thing, I like it too!

I love Amelia. It think it goes well with your other children. Hmm. Amelia Katherine, Rebecca, Madeline, some name that does not have as much focus on an l since Amelia has a lot if you pronounce it A-mel-li-a. If you pronounce it A-mel-ya you can do anything.

I prefer Emilia (my own middle name) to Amelia.
Other than personal bias, I don't like the name Amelia (spelled in this fashion) is also the name of birth defect which results in missing or deformed limbs.I think Emilia Susannah would be a nice combo with Alexander Drake and Lilia Fae.

Amelia is a nice name, but in my accent, Amelia and Lilia almost rhyme. It goes great with Alexander, but Amelia and Lilia (though both are super nice names in their own right) seem matchy due to the repetitive sounds (especially the '-lia' at the end).As for middle names suggestions:Amelia June
Amelia Opal
Amelia Liza
Amelia Sarah
Amelia Louise
Amelia Catherine
Amelia Giselle
Amelia Hope
Amelia Naomi
Amelia Joan
Amelia Ivy
Amelia Yvonne
Amelia Scarlett
Amelia Judith
Amelia Mary
Amelia Cecily
Amelia Kerry
Amelia Esther
Amelia Madeleine
Amelia Sophie
Amelia Honor

Thanks for the suggestions, I like Amelia Opal. Fitting considering bubs is due in October and Opal is the birthstone.
